This longstanding Settlement Agency is owned by Tracey Vermaak, who has been involved in the legal and property settlement industry for more than 11 years. Honing her skills all around Australia, she has spent the last eleven years in Perth – servicing clients looking to buy into the commercial and residential property market.

Honing her skills all around Australia, she has spent the last eleven years in Perth – servicing clients looking to buy into the commercial and residential property market.
Building her reputation from the ground level up, this mother of two and self-confessed fitness fanatic became a fully licensed real estate conveyancer in 2010.
Tracey formed her own Settlement Agency WA in 2014 and recently came across a fantastic opportunity to take over the ownership of WA Settlement Services, which she did in mid-2016.
WA Settlement services has been established for over 30 years, and Tracey’s goal is to maintain the unbeatable reputation of this longstanding business by making it her mission to achieve the best possible outcome for her clients — from first home and private buyers to sellers and investors.
Providing attention to detail and a highly personalised service, WA Settlement Services understand the settlement process and make sure all legal requirements are met.
